Thanks for joining me again today. Today was a busy day getting back to school after a 3 day weekend because of the Labor Day holiday. I'm always excited to try different things with my hair, or you?
One thing I've noticed is that since I've stopped using Shampoo on my hair that it doesn't break as much and it's been growing faster too. I've been doing research on the benefits or lack there of for Shampoo. Shampoo is a drying agent and most Shampoos contain alcohol, which is a drying agent.
Try not to use Shampoo for a week and see what it does to your hair. Write me and let me know.
